The community celebrates the opening of a vibrant new community space that Midtown Alliance transformed at North Ave MARTA Station Plaza in Midtown Atlanta. Funded by Project for Public Spaces’ Community Placemaking Grant supported by Niantic, Midtown Alliance incorporated a multifunctional shipping container stage, colorful mural, and ongoing programming, to reactivate the plaza to better serve commuters and the surrounding neighborhood as a lively, inclusive urban asset.
